Fun fact: every time Wolverine extends his claws they rip through his skin which then rapidly regenerates each time he retracts them, so basically he's stabbing himself through his hands from the inside every time he uses them.

One of my favorite Unreal Tournament franchise mods turned the Redeemer into a Nyan Cat projectile, music and all, which exploded into glittery devastation.
