I used to have a cassette tape of the album. Loved opening up the folded cover. I think it had all the lyrics too.
Underrated band that's basically only known for this song, maybe Lump.
I'd suggest Dune Buggy and/or Feather Pluckin'
Back Porch is my favorite.
Boll Weevil is great too.
And so on...
POTUSA was such a fun band. Every song was a complete bop you could just happily groove along to.
The lead singer went on to be a phenomenal kids song writer. Check out Caspar Babypants on YouTube
instantly took me back to the 90`s.. epic song
This video started a trend in my group of high school friends where we'd be walking down the street and someone would randomly put their arm in front of someone else, stop and point, saying, "Ninjas!! In the trees." Before we would all break out in kung fu charades.
We thought we were hilarious lol
