While the offer might be better now, remember the reasons you left the company in the first place. Unless the company underwent a large leadership change, you’ll be faced with the same issues you had originally. What is making you feel like it’s a trap? They actually did go under a large leadership change. It's kind of wild because my current company is going down the same path they were when I left lol. History repeats itself I guess
I just feel like there HAS to be a catch because it seems too good to be true that they are considering offering me exactly what I want. Just makes me think of the saying "if it seems too good to be true then it is". It doesn't make a lot of sense for them to hire me and then fuck me over though so idk
