He's right tho. That looks like a chinese market EV.

Mans could stand not to get all measurehead about it though

You have a delightful way with words, and you're right.

It's just what cars look like when they are designed for functionality rather than as a statement about the owner's masculinity.

No, this is the "new agression" design that has resulted from not needing a front radiator.

Cars are more agressively shaped than ever.

Cars should be more friend-shaped.

I'm just glad we all moved away from the "box on wheels" design of 10 years ago. God those were hideous.

I thought box on wheels was 70's and 80's. The same era when sports cars were doorstops on wheels. And by all gods, they were hideous.

You know how fashion in clothing has a cycle but it is slightly different when it comes back?

Apparently its the same thing with cars.

I suppose you're right. In my defense, my reference point for "box on wheels" is Volvo 240, and compared to that Volvo S80 doesn't seem that boxy.

looks up what a Zeekr X is

How does that look insect like and horrifying? Do car enthusiasts just see the world differently?

That awkward moment when you realize zeeker is a sub brand spun out from geely, a Chinese conglomerate, who seems to exercise thorough control over zeekers daily operations. Not commenting on the design at all, i think they look better than modern bmws.
