Just a reminder on how important it is for employees to have a say in the company they work at (especially in smaller ones). I always had a weird feeling about LMG, but also enjoyed the content, but that also declined in the last year or so.

Definitively, but I'm not sure if I want to see this. Also there is not really anything they could do in the show that improves the situation.
LMG should hire an independent HR, that has no ties to management and the employees should really form/join a union.
Admitting that they fucked up with her treatment and seriously need to reconsider their work culture is what I'd like to hear in the show.
If Linus can't do that, he's dead to me.
That would be the least he/they must do. But I think this will happen (they're smart enough), but the question will be if things actually change.
