The gravy has garlic, ginger, scallion, and shiitaki mushroom for veggies. It's a roux-based beef stock gravy with soy sauce and Worcestershire.

That goes over sushi rice and a burger patty, then topped with a fried egg and scallions.

This is my other favorite dish. This one screams savory and satisfying without being cloying. There is enough clear, thoughtful execution and a demonstrated care for flavor and texture that you can tell it isn't muddled extravagance but rather tightly argued decadence.
