The message from yunohost on the screenshot worries me a little...

I am running nextcloud in a docker on an arm-device.

Can i install it without crashing nextcloud or loosing any data?

EDIT:

Just had a look in the docker-compose.yml of nextcloud:

The database- and the app-volumes (nextclouddb und nextcloudapp) are on my harddisk, so the only thing that could happen, is that mysql is not working anymore.

It's recommended to install YunoHost on fresh, dedicated systems. It'll most likely not break anything but it's best to have backup ready. It is possible to then expose docker containers, but I'd just recommend installing Nextcloud in ynh and transfer the contents over.

It is almost a fresh armbian. I just installed omv, docker, portainer and nextcloud (docker). Yes, my plan was to move to the nextcloud in yunohost, if i like it.

Yunohost installs a whole OS - Debian 11 - so you'd be essentially be flattening the drive.

No, on arm-device you have to install armbian and afterwards yunohost by a script: curl https://install.yunohost.org | bash
