How do I vote on comments if I disable comment gestures? The action menu on long press doesn't seem to have the options.

Go to settings and enable "Show Comment Button Actions".

Ah, there's no way to hide that and show it on long press or something?

Not at the moment. You could give my issue a thumbs up to let the devs know that you find it important
