That's called "projection". They see in others what they see in themselves, and instead of correcting their own behaviour, they make fun of others.
Yeah. It's not always projection but it's surprisingly common for the Kremlin. I guess it still works
Yeah I think they absolutely know what they are doing, what they don't know is how to discuss matters, as they have never learned how to do that.
