I'm curious if this is a common thing. For me there are many such games. I hardly play games at all anymore, and when I do it's mostly singleplayer indie titles. Yet for some reason I can't stop myself from engaging with a lot of games I used to play.

CS:GO for example. I haven't played it for years and have no real intention of coming back, yet I still find myself watching youtube videos, following the patch notes and engaging in online discussions. And it's far from the only example for me.

Any weirdos out there that do the same?

Basically every single player game I've beaten, including ones I've not touched in ages I tend to check in on communities for out of curiosity.

When it comes to PVP games, only games where I put at least 250+ hours into where I feel comfortable making any kind of meaningful post.
