I made the same mistake. The use of the descriptor 'warship', while technically accurate, implies these are cruisers when in actuality they are Patrol Boats still in the Black Sea.

The Cruisers are still being prevented from entering the Black Sea by Turkey. FTR this is longstanding policy by Turkey that they apply to everyone in a state of war.
