The Russian government has removed "transmission of Internet data with voice information" from the list of licensed communication services, effectively banning calls over the Internet by mobile and landline phones.

That would be an impressive disruption in most places, I don't know how much VOIP goes on in Russia but it's probably still a lot. Fairly sure whoever came up with this one has no clue what problems that's going to make.
