What if they’re right and I’m crazy?

Keep asking yourself this. Try to honestly see things from their point of view. It makes you stronger. To paraphrase Sun Tzu,

  • if you only think through your own beliefs, you'll have a 50-50 chance of success.
  • if you think through your own beliefs, AND understand your adversary's point of view, you will always succeed.
  • if you do neither, you will always fail.

Yeah, I reckon it's good to question one's own beliefs and presuppositions. Still, it's upsetting.
