Sadly my stimulation seeking has never given me that issue, even Adderall doesn't really diminish my hunger. I think most of my "hunger" is just my stomach wanting a stim
Have you ever tried some sort of stimmy food like pepitas? They're kinda a pain to eat if you're not used to it. I can do one at a time and don't have the best success rate of even getting the seed out ๐.
Pumpkin seeds are sensory hell for me sadly. I usually get by with many beverages - first coffee, 2nd decaf coffee midmorning, decaf diet coke in the afternoon, maybe a lemonade seltzer later. Baby carrots are a good munch for me, cherries. Apple and peanut butter.
