Damn Biden... Couldnt we do this years ago?
Maybe he knew something we didn't. A threat even. And maybe that was enough for Putin to hold out, with only the losses that have been, until a friendlier US president was installed.
If Putin now escalates it will be difficult for Trump... This moment there is little risk worth escalation management.
Exactly this, it's a snub to the incoming Trump administration.
