Been getting pretty busy, usually do 5-6 days but probably will have to drop down to 3-4 for an undetermined amount of time. I have heard Olivia Reeves only did 3 for the majority of her training, and added a fourth day for the Olympics specifically. Apparently Brayan Ibanez only does three days now as well. These two are both insanely strong but are they just outliers? I probably am not strong enough to worry about this in the first place, but I snatch 95 and cj 125 if it means anything.

3 to 4 times per week is generally considered ideal, more than that you have a higher risk of being overtrained and under recovered. The more advanced of a lifter that you are the more recovery time you require. Renaissance periodization on YouTube talks about this a lot if you want to go down this rabbit hole
