Win10, but I swear if it asks me to try out Office 365 one more time, I am putting some Linux distro on there and not going back (except I sometimes need Windows due to work requirements).

If you need Windows for work, I'd suggest keeping that in a virtual machine. It's generally a good practice to not use personal equipment for work, but if they don't provide you any, a VM will provide better separation.
