Why the need to stop seeing them as men? Why the need to redefine men behaving badly as boys? It seems like you can't accept that some men behave this way so you want to pretend they're not really men.

I have explained myself enough times that I feel confided that you either cannot understand what I am saying to you or are consciously choosing not to.

No, you can’t. And that is fine. Maybe it’s a regional thing. Either way, I’m not blaming you for this misunderstanding.

Here- where I am, an adult being called a child is an insult. For example, saying to someone: “You’re being childish!” Is calling them out for bad or inappropriate behavior.

This has nothing to do with gender and everthing to do with maturity. Hopefully this explains it better.
