Probably an LLM that is able to reproduce stuff at high enough quality even when pruned to 1GB. (Source codes for games and tools, Wikipedia, Midi Music, Books, SD pictures, SD Video....)
Probably utopic, but this would be my requirement to even consider traveling.
Not a chance, that has to be mathematically impossible. I can't see how such a thing wouldn't break entropy.
Probably various useful resources (ebooks, guides, articles) converted into .txt files so they take up less space.
