Korean War, they only attacked South Korea after South Korea pushed all the way to China
They haven't really started any wars with foreign countries (I hate to whataboutism, but "unlike the US")
Their policy on Taiwan has always been "Taiwan is an internal affair, so we don't care what the world thinks"

i'd welcome what you could find as well; but as i said actions, the most reliable would be independent sources (i.e. specially not by China and Russia, ...).
