We need to stop pretending plastics are recyclable. Even the ones that technically can be are not financially viable to do and we are only able to do so to a small fraction of what is produced.
And let's not forget about the other two vastly more important Rs - reduce and reuse. Recycle was meant to be the last ditch attempt, not the first port of call.
