Looks great! Any reason you didn't toss the broccoli in sauce too?

I make a similar dish with pork, and start by pan frying the broccoli until it gets a little charred, then add the meat (tofu) and sauce until things are nice and cooked/reduced/sticky

Not that I think there's anything wrong with how this is served, I'd definitely devour.

We did it partly and the next time I would definitely toss all the broccoli in to the pan, with the sweet sour sauce.
In this case, the broccoli wasn’t greasy, maybe a little plus. But also the taste was a little bit boring, compared with the sweet source broccoli. 🥦
