What about weapons not used for terrorist attacks?
Also, sonething tells me a hoard of russian soldiers will not turn aroud by throwing bread at them.
In general I'm against giving weapons to a fascist dictatorship with an ultranationalism that's rooted in fascist, Nazi ideology, for any purposes.
