If it was Trump it would be $20 Billion but he wouldn't pretend to care about Palestinians. Be happy we get some crocodile tears.

Quite the opposite, it's much better when Trump does this unapologetically because then people can't do mental gymnastics to pretend that it's something other than what it is. Americans were forced to look in the mirror during the Trump years, and then promptly went back to sleep once he was out of power.

Oh, I agree. I was referring to our endless ability to perform mental gymnastics even when the evidence is directly in front of us.
