A couple of years ago, I'm sure I've seen a map of places in Europe that use bleach vs. less strong cleaning products for mopping floors etc. Does anyone have it?
(France, Spain, UK are definitely bleach Europe.)
Thick Bleach like that is really for cleaning inside your toilet, though. Hence the angled top of the bottle
I didn't realize but it makes sense. But even that is solved with different, often chlorine-free gels elsewhere.
