local dub (Filipino/tagalog) of an old anime called Mr. Ajikko.
I'm not sure if this exists but English Dub of Nodame Cantabile (I only have 1 of 3 seasons).
Nodame Cantabile wasn't ever fully English dubbed, anidb.net is a good resource to see if it ever was though, same with Mr. Ajikko
I spotted copy in the Bay and it has a full English, Japanese, and Korean audio tracks with English and Indonesian Subs
Nodame Cantabile has multiple seasons; you may want to check what seasons it contains. Also, public torrent sites might not have accurate information on contents.
Couldn’t find anything with Tagalog for Mr Ajikko just Japanese but there are a few options.
Nodame Cantabile there are some islands in the Bay and a couple options on 1337x.to
