What are your guys' favorite PSP games and why? We've all seen the Top 10 lists and those games are amazing, but are there any gems that specifically called out to you that didn't get much coverage? How did they make you feel and did you have any fond memories of playing the PSP when you were younger?

I dug out my old soft modded PSP GO (not pictured) from a drawer at my parent's house and immediately went on a definitely legal buying and installing spree and think I have a pretty good library of games, but wanted to kind of compare notes.

Oh man. PSP is one of my all-time favorite systems. Top 3 games I remember playing would probably be Rengoku Towers of Purgatory, Pursuit Force and Mega Man Powered Up. Honorable mention to Metal Gear Ac!d.

You're probably the second person I've come across that's played Rengoku!

I feel like nobody played it. I'd love a modern version with high quality graphics and maybe some co-op.

Agreed! There is a sequel that was released that I haven't gotten the chance to play yet. I remember sneaking the booklet out of the case at an EB Games and just devoring it because we couldn't really afford too many games so I would just read and reread the inserts.

The sequel was decent from what I remember. I didn't play it as much but it worked pretty much the same way.

I loved the UMD format. Even when I look at them today, it feels like looking at the cartridge of tomorrow.
