What about the late 90's kneeling chair fad?
Wow, first time I've seen that! I'm currently half-kneeling on my chair, so I'm kind of intrigued.
It's shit for any prolonged sitting.
Yes, but they were excellent for kneeling on backwards, with your chest on the seat when you, uh, had need of that particular position for whatever reason.

You know, I feel like heels would make this even more awkward than it already is. How do you get any leverage?
You have to do kind of a combination of pushing down with your butt to get upward momentum, then pulling up with your abs. Then you keep it going with the two.
It's hell. And to get up, you grab the edge of the desk and pull. 0/10 Do not recommend.
And then the desk collapses because it's not real wood
