It's a good thing tech companies prioritize user well-being over profits. I'm sure they'll find a privacy-conscious way to let us know rather than sell the data to advertisers.

Open source is a good way to say fuck you to companies

The only problem is companies patenting a feature and then going after anyone else who implements the same feature
