People have been mishandling UXO forever, this is hardly a current generation problem.

You're confused. Kadyrovites are generally referred to as "tiktok brigade" since they're typically more busy recording themselves while shooting at empty buildings or the forest, far away from the front, than actually being active participants in the war.
