Zuck doesn't care that he's making the world worse. Elon actually wants to make the world worse. That's the difference really
both want as much money as possible and screw over their users for it
only difference is musk screws their users by making the app absolute ASS and zuck just steals your data
You can choose loud and dangerous, or quiet and more dangerous.
