And proper neck immobilization. Bungie cords ARE NOT adequate. Please use load rated ratchet straps.

Don’t even with a helmet, you can get a serious spinal injury, even if not fatal. Slipping a disc or pinching a nerve would be the least worst things that could go wrong.
