One guy did tell me to smile more when I had a mask on. I stared at him. Baffled. He seemed to realize he was being stupid and just fucking booked it.

Smiling doesn't just involve shaping your lips into an upwards arch. Usually your eyes are involved as well. This can be seen even when you're wearing a mask over your mouth.

I wasn't looking directly at him and had fogged eyeglasses (major drawback of masks, how dare they and glasses do that) so it was overall weird!
