I think this is supposed to be a joke about MAGATs never eating fruit?

That just begs the question: Why is he skinny?

Also, it appears they accidentally left out the part where it's funny.

I worked with a woman who'd just gotten off meth. She swore that she got sick more often while clean because... meth was made out of cold medicine.
