A shame they never continued the remasters to Red Alert 2 and Tiberium Sun.

Would be nice to see the Generals games get some attention too, they weren’t “traditional” C&C titles but were still fun to play.

They had a c&c team shooter at one point that was a blast.

Imho they really missed out on defining the split-role FPS/RTS genre, they had all the peices but just never put them together.

There is a free fan made remake of the shooter. https://totemarts.games/games/renegade-x/

Unfortunately while EA seems fine with them distributing this as long as it is free, they won't allow them to put it on Steam.

I haven't played it in a couple of years so I don't know if there are still active servers but it is a very good remake.
