Por muito tempo tenho usado o duckduckgo e por algumas vezes já usei o Mojeek e o startpage também.

Conheço sim o LibGen, já me salvou muitas vezes. Dependendo do tema, eu também faço pesquisas em outros lugares, como a Hemeroteca Digital (recomendo) e o Archive.org

Me lembrei que uso também o Google Alerts como ferramenta de busca científica também
