I love how the source meme is probably the first high quality tier 4 meme in a long time. So much goes into understanding it.

For those that havent seen the term, Tiered memes require knowledge of an earlier meme, the higher the tier the more memes go into it. In this case

1.scrat from ice age 2.the American police being trained to be afraid of everything 3.taylor Swifts jet 4.the actual event of the shooting

In this meme though we're referencing the Become Ungovernable, instead of Taylor swifts jet.

We swapped the Taylor swift for Become Ungovernable, the original meme (linked in OP) has the nut falling from her jet
