For some reason PeerTube instances seem to take a whitelist approach where all other federated services take a blacklist approach.

Peervideo.club seems to have the largest federation w/open sign-ups but the "trending" page is full of weird hentai porn shit that's several years old.

Also it appears to be not working at the moment...
