too much sort, I would break them into at most 3 bins, 4+ flats, 1-3 flats, and specialty like printed, clear/tinted, or specialized connectors.

Funny. I’d say not enough sorting, though my collection is hopelessly unsorted by nephew and niece visiting regularly.

You should have seen the “learn to share” lesson legos taught him. They were over for Xmas or a birthday or something, he got legos.

“Can I play with you?”
“Nooo. They’re my legos.”
“Okay.”

Nephew’s face was priceless, when I went out and brought in my collection.

my kids will have short lives if they touch my lego cars from the speed collection. I share all my childhood legos with them and that should be enough
