I keep going to reddit and youtube and just getting mad over zionists, how do I stop, I didn't do this before this week aaaaaaa

notice when you've gone back and consciously choose to notice how it's making you feel in the moment and decide to do something else instead. you have to reprogram the dopamine hit from getting mad at assholes and redirect it towards something else that's healthier. don't get mad at yourself when you don't succeed immediately. just keep doing it and you'll rewire your brain really fast. source: many years of unmedicated ADHD
