Please don´t feel personally attacked but the eggs look pretty burned imo.
It kinda makes sense to make the eggs overdone so you don’t get messy/runny tacos.
I see your point but then I´d propose creamy (not runny) scrambled eggs instead, because overdone eggs are just not very tasty.
They did get a touch more done than I was hoping but not burnt. Even the center of the yoke still had a little liquid to it.
What matters is that you enjoyed it the way it was. Tastes are just different <3
