I just purchased Crysis Remastered for only 1,49 Euros in Steam.

Payment Method: Steam Wallet
Purchased: Dec 21 @ 7:42pm
Crysis Remastered - 1,49€
Subtotal 	1,25€ 	
Discount 	-28,50€ 	( -95%)
Tax 	0,24€ 	
Total 	1,49€

But searching for the game shows its for the lower price:

Is this a special promotion, because I already own the original version of the game? Or was this sort of a bug maybe?

When I purchased (you can check it yourself by putting it in the cart), there was a notice that this promotion is not applicable to gifts. So it might be an intended special promotion for owners of the previous original version of the game. And Steam glitches out there maybe. If this price is available to you too, then I assume it's intended.
