Swedish developer Eolus Vind has announced plans to develop an offshore wind farm in Sweden’s Gulf of Bothnia with a capacity of up to 1.7GW.

Nice! We (Sweden) just got 700 MW of new onshore wind, too. Article from the same website OP posted:
