I'm not getting any of those trackers when I visit the site manually. And I don't think session recording means they're keylogging.
Right, everybody use ad and trackerblocker, but session recording is sended to TowerData and other advertising companies. TowerData itself use keylogging tecniques to profile the user. See the result in Blacklight and the amount of companies which stores your data, not even Google or Facebook use this ammount of tracking systems.
Right, I'm accounting for this. My blocker is not blocking any of these trackers and looking at the network tab I'm seeing no such requests. I don't know what this Blacklight is doing. That would make no sense anyway. Microsoft has their own advertising business, they would not have competitors on their own site.
Google also has it's own advertising business (Alphabet and Nest, among others), the business is to sell user data to these and third party advertising companies, that is called surveillance advertising. Because of this more and more initiatives and goverments are condemnd this, because violate the basic rights of the user. https://www.forbrukerradet.no/side/new-report-details-threats-to-consumers-from-surveillance-based-advertising/

Yes, I know surveillance based advertising exists. I don't know why you're bringing that up.
Because you think that M$ don't do this, which is wrong. They share your data with half a dozen companies, and from there, who knows.
What, no. That is not what I meant to convey at all. I know Microsoft does surveillance advertising. I said so myself two comments ago.
