These seem like smart changes. Almost too smart. Like the person in charge of balancing the game is different now. Happy Chaos has been around for 2 years, and he only just now got his guard crush loops broken.

Elphelt seems neat, but not my type of character. Her jumping hurtboxes seem too small though. She's high-profiled my 6P several times already even though she looks like she's colliding with it.
