The past couple of days, I've been getting some cryptic errors when trying to upload images. Anyone else encounter this problem?

Tried to upload a jpeg:

{"data":{"msg":"Failed with status exit status: 1","files":null},"state":"success"}

Tried to upload a jpg or a png:

{"data":{"msg":"Invalid status: 503 Service Unavailable\n\n<code>Service Unavailable</code>\nServer down for maintenance\n\n","files":null},"state":"success"}

Is this planned maintenance, or a different problem?

@InEnduringGrowStrong@sh.itjust.works was doing some housekeeping on the server a little while ago. Maybe that is what caused the issue? Let us know if this continues happening to you.
