For me it's the aquarq missions. Get in and get out quickly. You don't usually have 10 events like some of the other missions.

Refining missions are very relaxing to me. There's something about having a hub with little to no travel and the feeling of laying down tubes, almost like unlocking fast travel to hard to reach spots.
