Thank you, I came in to say that when I saw the title. Workers standing up for themselves is not "militancy" ffs. It's advocacy. And what's with that "Who's next?" fear-mongering, sheesh.

Honesty, I totally agree, it's not what you say but how you say it. This could have been more fine tuned 100%.
