Tenho grandes dúvidas da eficácia desta solução, chamadas de emergência são algo com o qual não se brinca. Ainda assim, mantenho algum positivismo e espero que realmente seja uma ferramenta útil no alívio da sobrecarga deste serviço público muito importante.
