For me, its probably Halo 3, Call of duty Black Ops 2 and GTA V

Quake 3 Arena (or 2, or DooM for nostalgia points)

I think that doom is the best game ever made.

What the modding community has done with that game is beyond it's original scope.

If you need proof for this look into myhouse.wad and the Sunder levels.
